History
In 2005 a small group of predominantly Hispanic believers looking to preserve the truth in the word of God, got together and decided to begin weekly meetings following the teachings of Jesus Christ. As months went by this group began to grow and by the end of 2010 they were a larger faith community comprised of several families. Growing and witnessing an expansion of the Gospel of Jesus our fellowship was on the right track. 2015 brought big challenges that shook our faith community but most families remained steadfast and committed to persevere. With one goal in mind, our leadership strengthened and decided to faithfully walk in God’s word. In October of that same year a renaissance occurred and with it a new name; Iglesia de Cristo Casa Sobre la Roca was born. Trusting God always pays off. In 2019 Reverends Raymond and Maria Sanchez joined our church as an answered prayer, becoming the new pastors, and with them a spiritual renewing. Today we are experiencing a mighty move of God through spiritual growth in his word by keeping a sound biblical doctrine and understanding the prophetic times we are living. We must never forget that Jesus is coming soon!
